Welcome to Sunset Haven Condo (“Sunset Haven”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of this website, all inquiries, reservations, bookings, and occupancy of the property offered through this website.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, placing a reservation request, making payment, signing a rental agreement, or occupying the property, you agree to these Terms.

BOOKING ELIGIBILITY

Guests making a reservation must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age (or applicable legal age in their jurisdiction)
  • Have authority to enter into legally binding agreements
  • Provide accurate and complete booking information

We reserve the right to refuse reservations at our discretion where legally permitted.

RESERVATIONS & CONFIRMATION

Reservation requests do not guarantee availability.

A reservation becomes confirmed only when:

  1. booking details are approved,
  2. required agreements are accepted,
  3. payment requirements are completed, and
  4. written booking confirmation is issued.

Rates, availability, and promotions may change until confirmed.

PAYMENT TERMS

Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

By submitting payment information, guests authorize applicable charges including:

  • accommodation charges
  • taxes
  • cleaning or service fees
  • security deposits (if applicable)
  • authorized incidental or damage-related charges

Currency and payment processing terms shown at booking will apply.

CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS

Cancellation and modification policies displayed during booking form part of these Terms.

Where permitted:

  • approved reservation changes may be subject to availability
  • cancellations may result in partial or full forfeiture according to booking conditions
  • refunds, where applicable, are processed using the original payment method

Guests are encouraged to obtain independent travel insurance.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in and check-out times are listed in booking materials.

Early arrivals or late departures may require prior approval and additional charges.

Government-issued identification may be requested.

OCCUPANCY & HOUSE RULES

Only registered guests may occupy the property.

Guests agree:

  • not to exceed maximum occupancy
  • not to host unauthorized events
  • not to disturb neighbors or violate community rules
  • to comply with all posted condominium regulations

Violation may result in immediate termination of stay without refund where legally permitted.

PROPERTY USE

The property is intended for lawful short-term residential accommodation only.

Guests agree not to:

  • engage in illegal activity
  • cause nuisance or excessive noise
  • damage furnishings, amenities, or building facilities
  • interfere with building operations or security

DAMAGE, SECURITY & INCIDENTAL CHARGES

Guests accept responsibility for damage beyond ordinary wear and tear caused by themselves or their invited occupants.

Where applicable:

  • damage deposits or card holds may be used
  • repair, replacement, cleaning, administrative, and recovery costs may be charged

Guests should report issues promptly.

HEALTH, SAFETY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Guests use the property and amenities at their own discretion and agree to act responsibly.

Use of balconies, pools, fitness facilities, recreational equipment, elevators, and common areas involves inherent risk.

Guests are responsible for supervising minors at all times.

Emergency services should be contacted immediately where required.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

Sunset Haven Condo, its owners, operators, representatives, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

  • interruption of utilities or internet
  • weather events
  • transportation disruptions
  • personal property loss
  • injury arising from misuse of facilities
  • indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

FORCE MAJEURE

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, closures, or inability to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, government restrictions, utility failures, labor disruptions, public emergencies, or severe weather.

WEBSITE CONTENT

All website content including branding, photography, text, logos, layouts, and materials remain our property unless otherwise stated.

No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without written consent.

PRIVACY

Use of this website may involve collection of booking and contact information.

Our Privacy Policy explains:

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
